– Jauan Jennings

One of the options for the Rams will be wide receiver Jauan Jennings from Tennessee. Jennings was originally a quarterback in high school but made the switch to wide receiver when he went to college.

Since he hasn’t been a wide receiver for long, Jennings is a bit raw, but there is a lot of potential there. After making the switch to wide receiver, Jennings didn’t have a big freshman year as you would expect. However, he broke out as a sophomore. In his second season, Jennings totaled 40 receptions, 580 receiving yards, and seven receiving touchdowns.

Unfortunately for Jennings, he suffered a wrist injury in his junior season, which limited him to just one game played. He got a medical redshirt, however, but wasn’t great in 2018 when he returned.

In his senior season, Jennings was able to prove that he is an NFL caliber wide receiver. Last season, Jennings totaled 59 receptions, 959 receiving yards, and eight receiving touchdowns.

While it might have been a bit of an up and down journey for Jennings at Tennessee, this quarterback turned wide receiver could be a solid NFL wide receiver with some good coaching in the right situation.
