– K.J Hill

Another option for the Rams is also a slot wide receiver. K.J. Hill is coming from Ohio State after having a great college career.

After being a non-factor in his freshman season, Hill began to make an impact for the Buckeyes in 2017. In his sophomore season, Hill totaled 56 receptions, 549 receiving yards, and three receiving touchdowns.

Hill followed up his breakout sophomore season with a solid junior season. In 2018, Hill totaled 70 receptions, 885 receiving yards, and six receiving touchdowns. In his final season with Ohio State, Hill totaled 57 receptions, 636 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns.

Operating from mostly the slot, Hill was a sure-handed wide receiver for Ohio State. He only had nine drops in his career, which is a pretty fantastic number considering how often he was targeted.

For Hill at the next level, he will likely be strictly a slot receiver. We never saw much of anything else from him at Ohio State, as he didn’t have big play ability. While some might see that as a negative, Hill could be a great slot guy and third-down option in the NFL. However, with Kupp, he might not be the greatest fit for the Rams.
