With the 2020 NFL draft almost here, these are three players that the Los Angeles Chargers could draft with the sixth pick if they pass on a quarterback.

As we patiently wait for the Los Angeles Chargers to be on the clock, we still are somewhat uncertain about what the franchise might do with the sixth overall pick.

This has arguably been one of the hardest draft processes of all-time due to the coronavirus limiting what franchises have been able to do in terms of meeting and scouting players. With that being said, taking risks in this draft seems a bit unlikely, as we will likely see teams look to play it safe.

Missing out on players in the first round is a quick way to set your franchise back, as these are very valuable assets. For the Chargers, many have believed that they would be a slam dunk to take a quarterback with the sixth overall pick.

However, with Joe Burrow going No.1 overall, the Chargers might not like the other potential top of the first-round options. Tua Tagovailoa would have been a great option if he was healthy, but we don’t know what his durability will be like, or if he will even be on the board still when the Chargers are on the clock.

With some interesting prospects like Jalen Hurts and Jordan Love available later on, the Chargers could elect to prioritize one of them and bolster up another area.

With the possibility of the Chargers looking to address other needs besides the quarterback position, here are three players they might draft at six that aren’t QBs.
