As the Los Angeles Lakers prepare for the season to resume, here are three players that must perform well in the playoffs for them to win.

With the Los Angeles Lakers getting ready to head to Orlando soon for the season to resume, they will have their eye on winning a title. It has been a long drought for the Lakers in terms of winning a championship and even just making the playoffs.

When the NBA suspended the season, the Lakers had the best record in the Western Conference at the time. More than likely, the Lakers will be the No.1 seed when they head into the Western Conference playoffs.

Who the Lakers will be playing in the first round of the playoffs is still to be determined, as the West has a few teams that could be the eighth seed. With some regular-season games before the playoffs starting, the Lakers will likely be using this time to get back into good game shape and fix up some rotations.

With some news faces in Dion Waiters and J.R. Smith, along with Avery Bradley not being on the roster, Frank Vogel will have to tweak some things. Luckily, he can do so without the games likely meaning a whole lot to the Lakers.

While some new faces are coming into the picture for the Lakers, there are a few key players that will still be important for the Lakers in the playoffs. Even though the Lakers have been great in the regular season, they will have to be even better if they want to win a championship.
