As we get ready for the NBA season to resume, here are three reasons why Kyle Kuzma can salvage his season.

With the NBA season getting ready to start back up soon, the Los Angeles Lakers are surely anxious to resume the season.

Before the league was suspended, the Lakers were on a roll. They had just beat the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Clippers over a weekend, proving that they could hang with the best in the league.

While the Lakers did have a predictable letdown spot against the Brooklyn Nets after those two huge wins, the team was still riding high. Now, the Lakers will have to hit the reset button like the rest of the league. For one player on Los Angeles, that isn’t a bad thing.

Kyle Kuzma has by no means had a good season for LA, as after being the only member of the young core to stay after the Anthony Davis trade, Kuzma has struggled. Adjusting to playing with two superstars is not easy for a young player that was a go-to scorer in his first two years in the league.

As we have seen in the past with other teammates of LeBron James, they sometimes have to take a step back from what they’ve been great at like Chris Bosh and Kevin Love had to do. While the season overall has been a failure for Kuzma so far, there is still time for him to salvage it.
