LeBron James is playing at a high level

One of the main reasons why LeBron can win a ring this season is because of the way that he is playing this season. In his first season with the Lakers, LeBron was off to a good start, as were the Lakers.

On Christmas Day, the Lakers were the fourth seed in the Western Conference and beat the Golden State Warriors. However, in that win, James went down with a groin injury. This was the first major injury that LeBron has ever suffered, and many believed it was father time coming to get one of the greats.

When James returned last season, he wasn’t healthy or near 100 percent, and he was eventually shut down toward the end of the season. This offseason, James put in a lot of work to prove the doubters wrong.

So far this season, James has done just that, as he is putting up MVP type numbers. James is leading the league in assists this season, as he has transformed his game into being essentially the point guard on the court.

As a player that has already won multiple championships, it is all about legacy for James now. Winning a title with the Lakers puts him in the same company with Magic Johnson and Kobe Bryant, who are two of the greatest of all-time.
