In the NBA bubble, the Los Angeles Lakers carried out the season and clinched the first seed in the Western Conference. This was quite the accomplishment as well as crushing the expectations that many had about the team going into the season.

However, the bubble also exposed some existing issues as well as highlighted some new concerns for the team that could cause fans to worry if the team is ready for the playoffs. Along with this, some teams came into the bubble even better than they were going into the suspended season as it seems that the Lakers have taken a step back from the dominance that they put on display just as the season was suspended.
