Here is a series preview for the Los Angeles Dodgers in their first-round series of the playoffs.

The Los Angeles Dodgers clinched the best record in this abbreviated Major League Baseball (MLB) Season going 43-17 (.717). Due to the shortened season, the Dodgers were rewarded with their efforts with playing a brand new (and hopefully never used again) Wild Card Series (WCS) which is the best out of three series.

That’s right the Dodgers could lose two games and their season could be sunk two days into October. One advantage the Dodgers will have in the WCS is that all games will be played in their home park, meaning their opponent will have to travel and quarantine themselves, while the Dodgers will already be in place having started to quarantine this past week in preparation for heading to Texas for the rest of the playoffs.

As the number one seed, the Dodgers didn’t know who the eighth seed would be until the very last game of the season. The Dodgers will be playing the Milwaukee Brewers who finished 29-31 (.483) joining the Houston Astros this year to finish below .500 and still make the playoffs.

We will preview the series here:
