10 Rams Entering Their Final Season With Los Angeles

With Week 1 of the 2024 NFL regular season set to kickoff this week, it's a good time to look ahead at a few players who could spend their last seasons in Los Angeles.

3. Demarcus Robinson

The veteran receiver provided a spark at the WR3 spot during the second half of the 2023 season.

Robinson was signed by the Rams last summer, but they didn’t fully integrate him into the offense until Week 9 against the Green Bay Packers. The 29-year-old receiver only had one catch for 15 yards and played nine offensive snaps.

However, that was enough for head coach McVay as Robinson saw his role grow more, while Tutu Atwell’s role decreased. Robinson finished the 2023 campaign with 26 receptions (39 targets) for 371 yards and four touchdowns.

Based on his production, the Rams re-signed Robinson to a one-year, $4 million deal. But this could be his last year in Los Angeles, especially with the emergence of rookie wide receiver Jordan Whittington, who made a lot of noise in the preseason.

Whittington had 11 receptions for 126 yards, which included six receptions (nine targets) for 74 yards in the Rams’ preseason opener against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Rams are excited about his potential in their offense, which could mean less playing time for Robinson this season and lead him to play elsewhere in 2025.
