With Week 1 of the 2024 NFL regular season set to kickoff this week, it's a good time to look ahead at a few players who could spend their last seasons in Los Angeles.

6. Bobby Brown

The Rams will be looking for the former fourth-round pick to build off his 2023 performance this season as he’s set to enter free agency in 2025.

Brown played a huge part in the middle of the Rams’ defensive line, featuring future Hall of Famer Aaron Donald and Defensive Rookie of the Year Kobie Turner. The 24-year-old nose tackle had 31 combined tackles, four tackles for loss, a quarterback hit, and half sack in 13 games last season.

Additionally, he played 36 percent of defensive snaps, which was a career-high. The Rams don’t have a lot of depth at nose tackle this season. Therefore, Los Angeles will depend on Brown and former Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Neville Gallimore to apply pressure and help stop the run.

Last season, the Rams defense was ranked 12th in rushing yards per game allowed (106.8). If Los Angeles can put forth a similar effort this season, Brown could certainly be with the team for the long term.
