10 Rams Entering Their Final Season With Los Angeles

With Week 1 of the 2024 NFL regular season set to kickoff this week, it's a good time to look ahead at a few players who could spend their last seasons in Los Angeles.

8. Tre’Davious White

The Rams are taking a flier on the former Buffalo Bills cornerback, who had his 2023 season cut short after tearing his Achilles. White has only played 10 games over the last two years due to ACL and Achilles injuries.

However, Sean McVay and Rams GM Les Snead believed White was worth taking a chance on as he was signed to a one-year, $4.25 million contract after the Bills cut him.

When healthy, White is one of the better boundary cornerbacks in the NFL, and we saw that early on in his career with the Bills. The former first-round pick might only be 5-foot-9, but he plays bigger than his size.

The Rams hope that White and Darious Williams can be one of the best cornerback duos in the NFL, especially playing in a division that has Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel, D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Marvin Harrison Jr.

Rams fans would love to see White return to his Pro Bowl status this season, but there’s a chance that’s not possible after two terrible lower leg injuries. However, the Rams are willing to bet on White, so we’ll see what he has left in the tank.

If he stays injury-free and shows flashes of the old White, he could lock up a multi-year deal in Los Angeles or another team looking for cornerback help next offseason.
