8. Easton Stick

I'm not going to hold Easton Stick's 0-4 record as a starter against him — he wasn't exactly put in an ideal position to win games. But backup quarterback turnover is always high, and a new head coach-GM combo almost assures that we'll see a new one behind Justin Herbert.

Both Stick and Will Grier are unrestricted free agents, leaving Herbert as the only QB on the roster. Rather than bring back backups that they have no connection to, expect Harbaugh and Hortiz to make their own mark.

At least two or three should be brought in for a training camp combination, and Chargers fans can expect that to include some mix of a veteran presence and a late-round rookie.

It's nothing personal to Stick, but the list of backup QBs who wouldn't be saying goodbye to the Chargers in a similar situation is a very short one.
