2. Kadarius Toney, WR, Kansas City Chiefs

We all know what type of player Kadarius Toney is. Well maybe everyone except the Kansas City Chiefs. In 2022, Toney was acquired from the New York Giants after a rocky first two years in the NFL.

It was believed that in an offense that features Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Andy Reid, Toney would find his groove but that hasn't been the case. Coming into the NFL, Toney was known for being an explosive and shifty pass catcher.

Those traits haven't appeared on the field on a consistent basis but for some reason the Chiefs haven't parted ways with him yet.

In two seasons with Kansas City, he's logged 41 receptions, 340 yards, and three touchdowns. It looks like Kansas City is holding onto the fact that Toney was a first-round pick and hoping he turns the corner but that isn't happening.

3. Alexander Mattison, RB, Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders added running back Alexander Mattison in the offseason on a one-year, $2 million. He will likely compete with Zamir White to become the lead tailback but the Raiders should tread lightly.

Throughout the first four years of his career with the Minnesota Vikings, he was the No. 2 option in the backfield. He looked better in that role but things changed in 2023. As the No. 1 option in Minnesota, Mattison struggled to find a groove.

He lacked speed, vision, and burst to do damage in the open field. The 25-year-old had a career-high 700 rushing yards but he only averaged 3.9 yards per carry. He also finished with a whopping zero rushing touchdowns.

The Boise State product failed to make a real impact and with a worse offense surrounding him in Las Vegas, Mattison's play likely won't improve. In fact, it might get worse.
