2. Kawhi Leonard to Lakers

Talk about a blockbuster trade. A move that sends Kawhi Leonard across town would send shockwaves to the entire league.

The biggest obstacle in front of this move is obviously the Clippers' presumed lack of willingness to deal with the Lakers. Would Steve Ballmer really trade his best player to the Lakers right before they move to their own arena?

That understandably may sound unlikely but that's what makes this a stunner. Plus, on paper, it makes a ton of sense for the Clippers to move Leonard. The 33-year-old forward is owed $50 million per year for the next three seasons. He was already ruled out of training camp once again due to an injury. He simply can't go through an entire regular season and playoffs healthy.

Considering that the Clippers already lost Paul George in the offseason, it makes sense for them to rebuild and recoup as much value as they can from Leonard. They aren't going to be a contender this season regardless of how many games Kawhi plays.

Where the Lakers are as a franchise, makes them an obvious Leonard suitor. The Lakers are far from contending right now and their championship window is now because of LeBron James and Anthony Davis's ages. Leonard is a big risk to take but he would have massive rewards if he were to stay healthy. The chances of that happening are obviously low but the Lakers aren't winning a title with their current roster, anyway.
