3. Keon Coleman, Florida State

Keon Coleman is a bit of a wildcard here, and he can win everywhere. PFF graded him out in the 90's for short, medium and deep routes in 2023. He's got terrific size, and his strong hands and ball skills makes him great at contested catches.

But there are just as many red flags for Coleman as there are reasons to be excited. He's not especially athletic (ran a 4.61-second 40 at the combine) and isn't a great route-runner.

It's also not always a positive to make a ton of contested catches in college. It's great he made them, sure, but you'd much rather see him end up open more often.

Coleman's another guy who can win underneath and would fit well in the Chargers' offense. His upside is high, for sure. But he's also probably the riskiest of these three options, and should be viewed as more of a backup plan if Mitchell and McConkey both go off the board before the Chargers are next on the clock.
