2. Kyle Van Noy

Jackson is far from the only ex-Charger with ties to the Patriots. Kyle Van Noy won two Super Bowls with New England before bouncing around the league, including a one-year stay with Los Angeles in 2022.

Van Noy was incredibly solid for an older vet with the Bolts, notching 5.0 sacks, eight tackles for loss and three passes defended across 17 appearances. He unfortunately slipped away and joined the Baltimore Ravens during the offseason.

That move ended up having huge positive effects for Van Noy. In Baltimore's system, the talented pass-rusher exploded, logging a career-high nine sacks in 2023.

That kind of production usually gets players paid, but Van Noy is also nearly 33 years old and has a ton of mileage on his legs. He played in just 52% of the Ravens' snaps this past season as well, so his appeal is lessened as a situational player.

Following his massive 2023 campaign, though, Van Noy is undoubtedly one of the best free agents still on the market.
