4. Jalen Guyton

Jalen Guyton is one player who contributed to the Chargers in 2023 and now is searching for his next contract.

The undrafted North Texas product established himself as a legit WR3 option for Los Angeles in 2020 and 2021, racking up a combined 59 receptions, 949 receiving yards, and six TDs over those two seasons.

An ACL tear in 2022, however, put a major halt on his development. The wideout missed over a year of games before his return in 2023 and then struggled with a groin issue once he did make it back on the field.

Once a big-play threat, Guyton clearly wasn't himself this past season, recording a meager 10 receptions and 89 yards across eight appearances.

Given his past production and familiarity with Justin Herbert, it'd be no surprise if Guyton ends up returning under new HC Jim Harbaugh, especially with this wide receiver corps being so barren.
