5. Nick Vannett
Nick Vannett's return chances aren't nearly as high as Guyton's, even with starter Gerald Everett leaving for Chicago.
Vannett's 2023 campaign was completely forgetabble, with the former third-rounder notching just one reception all year. While he has transitioned into a blocking-focused role, that's still incredibly disappointing output from a player who was once dubbed Baby Gronk.
Harbaugh and co. have made it clear they're taking the tight end group in a new direction this offseason by signing both Will Dissly and Hayden Hurst. Both are more proven receiving threats than Vannett, and they'll join a TE room that still features incumbents Donald Parham Jr. and Stone Smartt.
Vannett appears to be just a training camp invite player at this point in his career.
