L'Jarius Sneed, CB

After the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl victory, L'Jarius Sneed didn't lose any time in delivering a simple message to general manager Brett Veach: "Pay me".

The superstar cornerback will certainly prioritize getting paid this offseason. And as the second-best cornerback on the market, according to PFF, he likely will.

Sneed showed plenty of versatility in 2023 when he was used more out wide compared to his previous seasons when he lined up primarily in the slot. He forced a 51% completion rate when targeted in the passing game and ended the season with 78 tackles and two interceptions.

Moreover, Sneed had one of the best defensive plays of the season when he forced a massive fumble on Ravens wideout Zay Flowers in the AFC Championship Game.

The Chiefs will do everything they can to bring Sneed back but he will likely cost over $15 million per year to do so. That might be too pricey for Kansas City that has plenty of other difficult free agency decisions to make.

In that case, the Rams would love to bring Sneed in to bolster the secondary and form a formidable defensive unit along with the already elite front seven.
