LeBron-Giannis Rumor Pops Up Amid Lakers Speculation

After losing in the first round of the NBA Playoffs, the Los Angeles Lakers started their offseason already. LeBron James, who has a player option for next season, is at the center of rumors once again. Whether he will opt out and sign elsewhere in free agency or stay in Los Angeles will be one of the biggest storylines in the NBA this summer.
Even though we don't know what James' next NBA destination will be, we now know what his summer plans are. And it includes a surprise reunion with two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.
According to a report by the Greek outlet On Time, LeBron James will attend the wedding of the Milwaukee Bucks' superstar's wedding in Greece in August.

Antetokounmpo is reportedly getting married to his long-term fiance Mariah Riddlesprigger on August 31, 2024. The wedding will take place in Costa Navarino in Greece and will surely have a star-studded guest list.
There will be plenty of NBA royalty at this event, including LeBron James. However, it is unlikely to generate too many rumors surrounding LeBron and Antetokounmpo as NBA free agency will have concluded by then.
LeBron James is expected to be part of Team USA this summer at the Paris Olympics. After chasing a gold medal until August 10, James will either extend his stay in Europe or head back later that month.
Antetokounmpo already has three children with Riddlesprigger, who he has been with since 2016. The couple is finally tying the knot now that Antetokounmpo also had an early end to his basketball season when the Milwaukee Bucks lost to the Indiana Pacers in the first round.
