3. Sebastian Joseph-Day

If Los Angeles doesn’t want to go after Hankins or Jenkins, they could bring back an old friend in Joseph-Day.

The 28-year-old defensive tackle began his career with the Rams as he was drafted in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Joseph-Day was a starter in his first two seasons in Los Angeles but only played in seven games in 2021 due to a torn pectoral injury.

After spending three seasons with the Rams, the veteran defensive lineman spent the last two years with the Los Angeles Chargers and San Francisco 49ers.

Joseph-Day was waived by the Chargers in December after starting in 14 games. He didn’t do much with the 49ers, so he’ll be looking for a fresh spot to potentially start.

Last season with Los Angeles, the 6-foot-4 defensive lineman had 31 combined tackles, 11 quarterback hits, three tackles for loss, and three sacks. The former Rams nose tackle hasn’t received any interest in free agency yet, but maybe the Rams will give him a call.
