Puka Nacua Makes Surprise Reveal About Week 11 Injury After Rams' Win
By Cem Yolbulan
The Los Angeles Rams continue their chase of the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC West. After a road win against the New England Patriots on Sunday, the Rams are 5-5 as they enter the final seven weeks of the season. With their star offensive weapons finally healthy, the Rams are feeling good about their chances to make the postseason for the second straight season.
There was a scary moment in the second quarter when star wide receiver Puka Nacua was seemingly hurt after his 12-yard touchdown. The second-year player was shaken up after the play and went to the medical tent for evaluation. Fortunately, it didn't seem too big of a concern as Nacua played the rest of the way and had his best game of the season with seven catches, 123 yards, and one touchdown.
After the game, head coach Sean McVay provided details about what happened in the play. It turns out Nacua wasn't hurt at all. In fact, he just threw up after he landed on the ball in the end zone.
Rams News: Puka Nacua Didn't Actually Get Injured in TD Play
McVay added that the team was just being cautious with him and made sure everything was ok. This is especially understandable because of Nacua's previous history of throwing up. As Cameron DaSilva of RamsWire pointed out, Nacua threw up on the sidelines during a game last season, as well as on Cooper Kupp's lawn while the two were working out together.
"They were just being cautious with him because he threw up. He fell on the ball and he’s crazy like that. There wasn’t anything with his head so he’s OK."

Rams fans don't want to see their prized pass-catcher suffer another injury this season. He has already missed five games this season, and the Rams managed to score over 20 points just once in that span. If this team is going to go anywhere this season, they need Nacua at the peak of his form.
