The Los Angeles Rams have been perhaps the most interesting team thus far this offseason, retaining Matthew Stafford, signing Devante Adams and releasing Cooper Kupp in a flurry of moves that'll have major implications around the NFL.
This team is undergoing major changes, some of which aren't exclusively limited to the roster itself.
Related to that point, the Rams have reportedly undergone some major changes in the front office that'll have long-lasting impacts on the organization overall.

In a pair of big moves, Los Angeles' front office is undergoing major changes.
According to Gary Klein and Jourdan Rodrigue, Los Angeles experienced moves with both John McKay and James Gladstone during the midst of free agency. McKay will be promoted to the assistant general manager, while Gladstone left for the Jacksonville Jaguars and has already been replaced.
Based on the structure of the franchise, these changes aren't overly significant. As long as Sean McVay and Les Snead are in the building, this organization has every chance to compete. Nonetheless, it's a tad curious that so many adjustments are being made during what's one of the most significant offseasons for this regime.
As long as Stafford, McVay, and Snead are in the building, this is a team that can make the Super Bowl. Even though the roster is experiencing significant turnover, fans should still be excited moving forward. At the very least, Los Angeles should expect to be in the playoffs with an opportunity to advance much farther than merely the opening round.
Based on how much success the Rams have had in recent years, there's an obvious path towards success with the team. Snead's proven to be a positive influence and hopefully, these changes won't ruin his good progress.
Regardless, Los Angeles fans should expect to contend both now and in the future.
