A New York City native, I spent a long time in the Bay Area before winding up in Los Angeles. I’m a recovering Warriors fan. Actually, I’m a recovering Bay Area sports fan. I lost interest in the Giants when they shunned Barry Bonds. Ditto the 49ers when Bill Walsh’s reign ended. So here I am in the Southland seeing how the other half lives. I love the NBA, warts and all.
