LA Clippers Enter Demanding Stretch Of Games Against Conference Rivals

With the All-Star phase out of the way, it’s time for the LA Clippers to get back to business.

So far, the team has been holding on strongly, but now that the mid-point of the season is fading away and the second half is getting ready to kick off, now would be the worst time for them to start slacking.

Right out of the gate, Los Angeles is scheduled against the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday, the Golden State Warriors on Saturday, and then square off with the Oklahoma City Thunder two weeks down the road to start the month of March.

Thankfully for them, all three games are going to be played at Staples Center.

Mainly, this is the point in time where the Clippers need to step up more than they ever have and own what could be their Achilles’ heel in home court advantage.

The problem is, however, that right now the Clippers wouldn’t have home court advantage against any of those three teams if the season ended today, as all three opponents rank ahead of them in the Western Conference.
