Cody Kessler is a good QB. We know that because he performed under ridiculous circumstances at USC last season, what with Lane Kiffin’s drama and all. But how good is Cody Kessler? How good can he be under new coach Steve Sarkisian?

Sark has a history of making QB’s look good. Then again, so did Lane Kiffin. We’re really not sure what we’re going to get from Kessler, but he’s playing behind a solid offensive line and should have enough playmakers to really do some damage on Saturdays.

We only have to look back to his last start, the Las Vegas Bowl against Fresno State, to see how good Kessler can be. He won the MVP award for his performance.
