Anze Kopitar is not the only Kings superstar player having a sub-par year.

By Drew Doughty standards, the reigning Norris trophy winner has put up only so-so numbers (6-12=18) halfway through the season.

He’s also shown uncharacteristic and glaring flubs in his defensive play as of late.

Despite this, however, Doughty is still one of the true elite defenseman in the league who provides a positive, winning force for the Kings every night.

The 27-year-old ought to find himself named an All-Star once again.
