Anaheim Ducks: Finding their Rhythm right in Time for Playoffs
The Anaheim Ducks are finding their rhythm just in time for the playoffs.
The Anaheim Ducks will look to advance farther than they did in 2016. The Playoffs are fast approaching and although the season is coming to an end, the Ducks must focus on improving.
Improving their game must be their main focus; therefore they can win games to punch themselves a ticket to the postseason. The standings in the Western Conference overall are close, as four teams are within four points of the Ducks.
If they are to take their focus off of improving their game there could be a slim chance they would miss the playoffs. The Ducks must continue to win and play their style of hockey until they have clinched a playoff berth.
Anaheim has been inconsistent at times this season. However lately many players have been stepping up and proving themselves to the team and fans. For example goalie Jonathan Bernier has shined while in defending the net.
Now the Ducks will get goalie John Gibson back, that is a dangerous goalie combination when both are at the top of their game. They are nearly unstoppable. Both will like to advance to the Stanley Cup after the struggles that occurred last season.

The Ducks winning the division actually hurt them in 2016, could the same be said for 2017 or are they a different team? Anaheim’s defense has helped them and their offense has finally consistently found the back of the net. Hockey starts with the goalie as they see all of the ice.
Jonathan Bernier has brought his team together. The Ducks have been good since his defense has finally been helping him defend the goal. This has lead to Anaheim scoring more goals on the offensive end.
Anaheim seems to have finally come together. Now they need to keep winning and ride this into the playoffs. They are going to need to continue this momentum all the way to the Stanley Cup.
The Anaheim Ducks definitely can score the puck as well, as Rickard Rakkell leads the way in scoring with 32 goals, amounting for the 11th best in the league.
