Chicago Bulls

Currently giving the Celtics all sorts of problems, the Bulls are a welcome challenger in a conference in need of a lovable underdog. After being able to get Chicago native Dwayne Wade to come home, the chances of them landing another star could work out.

Dysfunction may be a turn off in free agency, but money talks when it’s all said and done.

If Jimmy Butler ends up being dealt somewhere else after the season ends for the team, they’ll need a forward with a presence. Should Butler leave one way or another, their remaining forwards would be Bobby Portis, Paul Zipser, and Nikola Mirotic.

Throwing Blake Griffin in the mix would make things fun to watch.

Most of the NBA community was intrigued by the idea of Wade playing for the Bulls. It brought different personalities together onto one team and it ended up getting Chicago a playoff berth.

They’d have a lot of the same concerns as Boston. But like the Celtics and the other teams on this list, Griffin is that go-to star that could still produce for them in the regular season. Depending on what other free agents the Bulls pursue, he could be their biggest catch.
