Utah Jazz

This might sound crazy, but this does have a chance of happening. George Hill is only good for the Jazz this season — after it ends, he’ll be an unrestricted free agent and likely be looking to cash in.

Most stars in his position would while they still can.

If the Clippers blow their 2-1 series lead to the Jazz, all hell could break lose in Los Angeles. It’s what will start the rumors on the other players not named Blake Griffin. At that point, enough speculation would’ve already had Griffin’s name in the mix.

The reason the Jazz would be a good fit for Chris Paul is that it’s a Western Conference team that can compete with the right pieces.

Gordon Hayward could be one of the guys that also leaves Utah in free agency depending on what offers are on the table. In that case, Paul would still be able to make a noticeable impact on his new team.

With this juncture of his career still leaving him without a ring or conference championship, it’s now or never for a guy that we’d all be rooting for a little bit.
