Nick Young
Swaggy P’s time in Los Angeles can be summed up in one word — interesting. Bewildering is a close second, but the veteran has found his sweet spot as of last season.

Two seasons ago, issues between him and D’Angelo Russell surfaced and had an immediate effect on the way the team played on the floor. In a way, it isolated Russell so much that the alienation brought out the worst in them in a long time.
Nick Young has next season under contract before becoming an unrestricted free agent next summer. He averaged 13.2 points per game last season, with an invite to the three-point contest also in his cards.
As the times continue to change in Los Angeles, the biggest x-factor in keeping Young around is what he brings to the chemistry of the team. Overall, he has the ability to step in as the leader in crunch time on occasion.
However, since that leadership part of him isn’t consistent, Johnson and company might see his trade value be the best asset he brings to the table.
That shouldn’t be too much of a problem for the Los Angeles native, but it’ll be hard to get a solid three-point shooter like him if he’s gone.
