Serge Ibaka

The chances of this happening can be high, but only if they sign or seriously contend for Kyle Lowry. After being traded to the Raptors, Ibaka hasn’t been the make it or break it star that he could be.

There’s a lot of potential still to be found in his game, and Los Angeles could be the right spot.

For one thing, the team would be more dependent on him in Lob City than in Toronto. The Raptors have other play makers already, not to mention DeMar DeRozan.

After DeRozan opted to stay with the Raptors instead of leaving for the Lakers or another team, it was clear that Toronto would have to stay loyal to him over others if push came to shove.

The Clippers can give Ibaka a decent deal, too. During the latter of his seven years with the Thunder, he averaged around 15 points per game. If he can be that kind of scoring presence, Los Angeles might be willing to pay a little bit more for the forward.

Not to mention that he can also contribute at least seven boards per night.
