Lakers rumors: Three reasons to sign Dion Waiters this summer

The latest Lakers rumors addresses the potential free agent pick up of Dion Waiters.

Last season for the Lakers wasn’t so great after a strong start. However, in Miami, things started off awful before the team made an enormous push and fell just short of a playoff berth.

A big part of their strong finish was shooting guard Dion Waiters. The former fourth overall pick has played for Cleveland and Oklahoma City before last season with the Heat.

There’s a good chance that the Lakers will make a splash in free agency soon. Changes at the front office are just part of what the team hopes will attract bigger free agents.

None of which seem to be more clearly on the radar than Paul George, but that’s next summer.
