2017 NBA Mock Draft: Three prospects who will surprise everyone
Lauri Markkanen
My number one surprise player to be selected number one overall stays in the same conference as the UCLA Bruins. His team made it far in the tournament.

They were close, yet so far as well. This player is only a freshman and extremely versatile.
No matter who drafts him he will be a threat whether he starts or comes off the bench. Center from Arizona University, Lauri Markkanen is the guy I am talking about.
He has the ability, skills, and talent to change the way the game is played by players in the front court.
He can stretch the floor since he can shoot from beyond the arc. Additionally, his length gives him the advantage on both sides of the court. Defensively he is an excellent rim protector and offensively he has the ability to pass to anyone or attack the rim.
If I were to critique one aspect of his play it wold be his jump shots. However they are still pretty and and a work of art as well. For the most part there is much critique on Markkanen. Also, he he is lanky and the he builds muscle and gets stronger he will be dangerous.
