Another tweet from LeBron adds fuel to joining the Lakers

LeBron James is easily the best basketball player on the planet. A lot of Lakers fans hate the man because he is a threat to Kobe Bryant’s legacy. While that is a discussion for another day, James is easily still the best player in basketball and single-handedly would give the Lakers their best chance of winning another ring.

That is why it is so weird to see Laker fans completely reject the idea of James coming to Los Angeles. However, despite fan reaction, James’ eventual move to the city of Angels has picked up once more after another tweet by James.

I know, it almost seems absurd that one can draw conclusions about James’ true motives over a happy birthday tweet. James has been compared to Magic for quite some time now, so it is understandable why one basketball legend would acknowledge another basketball legend’s birthday.

Sure, Magic is running things in Los Angeles, but this doesn’t necessarily signal anything. James put out another tweet last week calling LA home, sparking speculation then. We shut that down last week, and again, we should shut down this tweet.

While there still is a good chance that LeBron wants to head to the West Coast, this tweet should be no indication of it. As fans, we tend to try to read through the lines over pointless things, such as tweets. Here, reading through the lines is pointless.
