3. Domingo Santana

Last offseason there was a different Milwaukee Brewer that was rumored to go to the Los Angeles Dodgers. That man was Ryan Braun, who only played in 104 games while slugging 17 home runs and 52 RBIs. Luckily, the Dodgers managed to avoid any misstep by trading Yasiel Puig for Braun.

Now, it very well could be a different Milwaukee Brewer in Domingo Santana. Santana has not had any direct ties to the Los Angeles Dodgers but reportedly has garnered trade interest on the market. The team that could use Santana the most? The San Francisco Giants.

Santana is a great power-hitting option that could fill any void in the outfield for any team in the league. The 25-year-old slugger hit 30 home runs and drove in 85 RBIs in tune to a .278 batting average. Every professional year of his career he has improved and 2018 looks to be no different.

Santana also brings some dangerous speed and base running moxie. The outfielder stole 15 bases last season, which is not insane, but would have been second on the Dodgers last season. Even better, the right-handed hitting Santana hit .286 against southpaws last season.

Although the Dodgers are much better at hitting lefties now than they were this time last year, that is still a need; especially in the outfield.

Thus, the Dodgers could send the Brewers some intriguing prospects to land Santana. Because of his youth, it may take an upper-level prospect such as Yadier Alvarez. Although it is a pretty penny to pay, it definitely would be worth it for the Dodgers.
