3. The Los Angeles Chargers have the most weapons in the NFL

Call me crazy, but the Los Angeles Chargers have the most weapons in the NFL on both sides of the ball. While they may not have the best player at any respective position, maybe besides Joey Bosa, the all-around weaponry of the Chargers is on par with that of a Super Bowl-caliber team.

More from LA Sports Hub

Offensively, the Chargers have one of the deepest receiving cores in football. Keenan Allen headlines the receiving core as a top-five receiver in football alongside deep threat Tyrell Williams, great third-option Travis Benjamin and 2017 first-round pick Mike Williams.

That is not all on the offense, however. The Chargers also have the rotation of Melvin Gordon and Austin Ekeler at running back. Gordon seems to be guaranteed 1000 yards and is a threat in the passing game while Ekeler gives the Chargers a good two back set.

Defensively, as we already noted, they are even scarier. Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram are two of the best, if not the two best, defensive ends in football. Casey Hayward, Jason Verrett, Desmond King and Trevor Williams are all ball hacks. Jahleel Addae is an underrated safety and Derwin James is going to be a star.

There are so many great players on the Chargers that could hurt the opposition on any given play. Having that kind of depth and flexibility is huge in making and Super Bowl run. The Chargers have one of the best all-around rosters in football.

It is going to take smart coaching and some good luck (or lack of bad kicking luck, that is) in order for the Chargers really to make a run. However, the foundation certainly is set.
