1. Los Angeles Rams:

For the second time in our NFC West rankings series, the Los Angeles Rams take the top spot. Los Angeles was high powered for a reason last season and a lot of that was due to the great pass-catching unit that Jared Goff had to throw to.

More from LA Sports Hub

This is even without mentioning Todd Gurley, who was one of Goff’s top targets last season. Gurley had a better year catching the football than most receivers do, so having him there is definitely an added bonus.

Even without Gurley, though, this unit is scary good and is Super Bowl caliber. Brandin Cooks is a great frontline option that has over 1000 receiving yards in each of his last three seasons played.

Behind him is Cooper Kupp, who really came into his own last season as a rookie and will be one of the best slot guys in football.

Across from Cooks at the opposing wideout spot is Robert Woods, who was one of the most productive receivers in football and will thrive with Cooks now being the true number one guy.

Los Angeles also has depth in either Josh Reynolds or Cooper Pharoh. Both of which are young receivers that could blossom into something special and both could have a big game any given week.

Next: The Rams defense could still crash and burn

The tight end position is kind of weak for the Rams but such a good receiving corps counteracts that. Overall, it was a very easy decision that the Los Angeles Rams have the best pass catchers in the division.
