Number four and three:

4. Kickers and punters

It does seem a bit odd to include the kickers and punters as the fourth-best position group on the Los Angeles Rams, especially considering how talented the roster is.

Positions such as quarterback obviously have a bigger impact on whether or not the Rams win the game, hence why many would rank the kickers and punters lower. However, this is not a ranking based on impact, it is a ranking based on talent.

And when it comes down to it, the Rams have one of the best kickers and one of the best punters in the league. Kicker Greg Zuerlein was a Pro Bowler last season as well at First-Team All-Pro and punter Johnny Hekker has been a Pro Bowler and First-Team All-Pro the last three seasons.

3. Cornerbacks

The Los Angeles Rams have the potential to have the best cornerbacks in the league this season. Even if the team does have the best cornerbacks in the league, they still come in as the third-best position group on the roster.

Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters are one of the best one-two punches in the league and Sam Shields could easily rewind the clock and be the best third-option corner in the league.
