Los Angeles Rams: Potential trade packages for Antonio Brown
By Jason Reed
Trade #3:
This is more of a traditional package return for one player and is often something we see in the NBA or the MLB. In the NFL we don’t really see package returns like this as most trades are usually concerning draft picks.

That is what makes this trade so unique but the best part is that it is doable and it makes sense for both sides. If this trade were to go down some Steelers fans might be upset at first but it would be a fair price for Brown if there is no better offer on the table.
First and foremost Robert Woods solves the Rams problems of having one too many receivers while giving the Steeler wide receiver depth as the team moves on from Brown. Woods has been solid in LA and can be great as a second option behind Smith-Schuster.
Pittsburgh also needs a solid run-stuffing defensive tackle, which is exactly what Michael Brockers is. Brockers can be an early-down defensive tackle for the Steelers that can blossom into an every-down guy and be a consistent anchor in stopping the run.
It would hurt the Rams to lose him but the team still has Aaron Donald and would get more of an impact out of Antonio Brown.
Throw in three picks, one in the second, third and fourth round and the Steelers are getting quite the haul for one player.
The Los Angeles Rams would be avoiding sending any first-round picks and the Steelers would be getting players that would immediately help them in 2019.
Woods and Brockers are both talented but they can be replaced on the Rams. However, on the Steelers, their impact, especially Brockers’, is huge.
