Bullpen:

Like the starting rotation, the Philadelphia Phillies have a better bullpen than people give them credit for. It might not be an elite bullpen, as the Milwaukee Brewers do, but it is a good bullpen nonetheless with some decent arms.

Bullpens — Los Angeles Dodgers

The nod still goes to the Dodgers, though.

More from LA Sports Hub

Philadelphia has some solid arms in the bullpen. New addition David Robertson is sure to be a huge piece for the Bullpen alongside Seranthony Dominguez and Pat Neshek, the Phillies’ two best relievers from a year ago.

Edubray Ramos and Victor Arano also posted ERAs below three. While there will likely be some regression there, those are still impressive numbers.

The Dodgers bullpen is just deeper. Leading the way is the best closer in baseball, who is back to 100 percent, Kenley Jansen. Jansen was not great last year but is entering this year in better shape and ready to produce like 2017.

New addition Joe Kelly has the potential to be one of the best setup men in the league. Dylan Floro posted sneaky good numbers last year and has the stuff to be the new Brandon Morrow. Stripling or Maeda will be great, Pedro Baez was good last year and the bullpen is getting Tony Cingrani back.

Caleb Ferguson really stepped up last year, JT Chargois has potentially elite stuff and Scott Alexander will be a good southpaw specialist.

There is even the chance that Urias is in the bullpen, which widens the gap further for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Phillies have a good pen but the Dodgers are just so deep.
