2. Nikola Vucevic

Unlike Tobias Harris, Nikola Vucevic did earn an all-star appearance this season alongside Kemba Walker, which was the first all-star appearance of his career. It could not have come at a better time for Vucevic, who is now entering the offseason with his stock at an all-time high.

Vucevic did not have the most impressive showing in the playoffs but that should not hurt his stock all that much. The fact of the matter remains that Vucevic averaged 20.8 points, 12 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game this season.

Those kinds of numbers do not come often for big men and if the Lakers have a chance to sign Vucevic, assuming they missed out on all of the massive stars, then they would be absolutely foolish to not pursue that signing.

The Los Angeles Lakers need a center. The only center that is under contract for next season, if you even consider him a center, is Moritz Wagner. Aside from that, the Lakers have no centers on the payroll heading into the offseason.

Los Angeles is likely going to end up signing a veteran center of some kind to add depth but getting Vucevic after his best year would be much better than taking the gamble on someone like Cousins, or in this case, forcing a bad fit with Kemba Walker.

Vucevic is likely only going to get better from here and he fits the roster exponentially better than Walker does.
