2. Avery Bradley

The reason why the preview for Avery Bradley was called double dip was that Bradley is one of the players that we mentioned might either be great for the Lakers next season or be terrible.

And if this is an indication of anything, it means that we think Bradley is most likely going to be the former and is going to have a much bigger impact on the Lakers than anyone saw coming. He probably won’t have as big of an impact as he had on the Boston Celtics a few years ago, but he will be huge off the bench.

Bradley was terrible in his short time with the Los Angeles Clippers, which had a lot of people thinking that his time as an impact player on a contending team was over. His scoring marks were the worst since his third season in the league and his defense could not make up for his drastically inefficient offense.

However, Bradley really flipped the switched once he was traded to Memphis and looked more like the player that he was in Boston. In Memphis, Bradley averaged 16.1 points, four rebounds and a lower defensive rating than he had with the Clippers.

Bradley is going to continue to get more and more minutes as the season goes along and he could even force himself into the lineup in the closing minutes of the game.
