The Los Angeles Rams have had a ton of success under Sean McVay. Since 2017, the Rams have made the playoffs six different times, including this year. After going 10-7 and winning the NFC West, Los Angeles was eliminated in the Divisional Round by the Philadelphia Eagles.

The focus for the 30 non-Super Bowl teams in the league is on improving their team for the 2025 season. Coaches are getting poached left and right.

Tight ends coach and pass game coordinator Nick Caley is a name that has drawn interest around the league. He's a strong candidate to become the Houston Texans offensive coordinator. Meanwhile, Rams assistant coach Zak Kromer is going to interview with the Jacksonville Jaguars for their offensive line coach position, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Rams News: Zak Kromer Will Interview With the Jacksonville Jaguars

Kromer has been with the Rams for the last eight years, serving as the assistant offensive line coach.

The Jags recently hired Liam Coen to become their head coach and he's looking to build out his staff. His departure from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was a bit messy. He agreed to return to Tampa Bay as the highest-paid offensive coordinator in the league, but after the Jags fired general manager Trent Baalke, Coen secretly met with Jacksonville. That meeting led to him becoming their lead man.

He was interested in interviewing the Bucs' offensive line coach Kevin Carberry and assistant offensive line coach Brian Picucci for roles but Tampa Bay blocked those requests. With their relationship ending on a sour note, this wasn't a shocker.

Coen was with the Rams for four seasons. He was an assistant wide receivers coach, assistant quarterbacks coach, and offensive coordinator.

With history there, he built a relationship with Kromer and has an interest in bringing him over to Jacksonville. It would be a step up for Kromer and put him on a staff with a coach he has a history with.
