The Los Angeles Rams not only lost a nail-biter of a game against the Lions in Week 1, but they also lost their star wide receiver Puka Nacua to injury. Suffering a knee injury mid-catch in the first half, Nacua exited the game and was later diagnosed with a PCL sprain.

Nacua was placed on IR list earlier this week, meaning that he would miss at least the next four games. Head coach Sean McVay suggested that his absence may be even lengthier than that.

This is obviously a huge blow for the Rams. Cooper Kupp and Demarcus Robinson will obviously get a larger share of the offensive load but Los Angeles is thin in terms of receiver depth. Tyler Johnson will replace Nacua in the starting lineup, highlighting the real need for another receiver addition. Whether it is by a trade or a free agency signing, the Rams have some options.

Let's take a look at them.

Treylon Burks, Tennessee Titans

The Rams could consider talented receivers who have fallen out of favor on their teams. One of those players is Treylon Burks of the Titans.

Burks came into the league with a ton of expectations after having a 1,104-yard season at Arkansas and becoming a first-round pick in 2022. He hasn't been able to establish his NFL career as he missed significant time in both of his seasons so far. In 21 games for the Titans so far, he has 49 catches, 665 yards, and a touchdown.

The 24-year-old receiver is currently the WR4 on the depth chart, finishing Week 1 with two targets and a catch for two yards. He is firmly behind DeAndre Hopkins, Calvin Ridley, and Tyler Boyd. The Rams could give him a bigger role by trading for him and he likely wouldn't cost much.
