The Los Angeles Lakers continue to be under the lens with the Summer League going down. Bronny James and Dalton Knecht were added during the 2024 NBA Draft as the Lakers look to get younger.

James has been constantly ridiculed since stepping foot on the floor; from talking heads on social media to Jaylen Brown saying he isn't pro-ready.

Despite all the noise surrounding him, the 19-year-old has continued to make his doubters look foolish for their early overreactions.

Laker News: Bronny James Has Another Solid Outing

On Thursday, the Lakers played against the Cleveland Cavaliers. In that matchup, James put up another quality performance. He finished with 13 points, five rebounds, and two blocks.

James put the ball on the floor and attacked the rim, finishing with both hands. Defensively, he was active and alert, as the Lakers won their second straight game.

This performance was a continuation of what he did on Wednesday against the Houston Rockets. In that contest, James totaled 12 points while shooting 5-of-11 from the field and 2-of-5 from beyond the arc.

After a few rough outings, James seems to have found a groove. He came into the league needing some work offensively but that's fine. He's only 19 years old and played one season of college basketball.

It was always outlandish that people were saying that Bronny wasn't pro-ready and shouldn't have been drafted after a few games.

It's a different level of basketball so everyone needs time to adjust and it looks like he's trending in the right direction. And that's what you want to see as a Laker fan.
