The Los Angeles Lakers haven't added anyone new to the team this offseason outside of Dalton Knecht and Bronny James.

Both players were added during June's NBA Draft and made their debuts in Laker uniforms over the past few weeks. Los Angeles played in the California Classic before heading down to Las Vegas for the Summer League.

Knecht has shown flashes of being a capable offensive threat in the NBA while James has displayed feisty defensive prowess.

Offensively, James had his fair share of difficulties and said he was in a "little slump". In three Summer League games, he's shooting 23% from the field and went 0-12 from beyond the arc.

Despite his on-court struggles thus far, James is catching dubs off the floor.

Lakers News: Bronny James Won Call of Duty Tournament

There was a Call of Duty Modern Warfare III tournament that was happening down in Las Vegas during Summer League. James defeated NBA player Grant Williams in a two-minute drill, recording 84 kills.

He ended up taking home a $10,000 prize and a custom championship belt.

James loves to play video games and joined the video game team Faze Clan back in 2020, along with Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray.

It's always good to see players engaging in other activities off the court, especially a youngster like Bronny. He's only 19 years old and grew up in a generation that loves video games like Call of Duty, Madden, and NBA 2K, among others.

James showcased his top-notch skills on the sticks and took home the win.
