The Los Angeles Rams season was put to an end last week. After going 10-7 and winning the NFC West, the Rams went on to beat the Minnesota Vikings 27-9 in the Wild Card Round. They traveled to play the Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round and narrowly lost 28-22.

Now they have turned their focus onto the offseason. The Rams have a great coaching staff under Sean McVay and some guys have caught the attention of other teams around the league.

McVay spoke with reporters on Thursday and revealed he doesn't expect to overhaul his staff unless better opportunities present themselves.

Rams News: Sean McVay Looks To Keep Coaching Staff Intact

Aubrey Pleasant has been requested to interview for the Chicago Bears defensive coordinator position. They are currently searching for one after they named Ben Johnson as their new head coach.

Pleasant has been with the Rams since 2023. He's held roles as Defensive backs coordinator, passing game coordinator, and Assistant head coach.

Meanwhile, Nick Caley has been someone who is linked to the Jets offensive coordinator opening. According to Connor Hughes of SNY, Caley is reportedly Aaron Glenn's No. 1 target for OC. In addition, game management coach John Streicher is leaving to reunite with Mike Vrabel in New England.

Even though a formal request hasn't come in for Caley to interview with New York, he and McVay have had discussions about it. Caley was considered a top candidate for the Pats OC job last season but turned them down and returned to Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old has been with them since the 2023 campaign. He has been Los Angeles' tight end coach and pass game coordinator. Prior to landing with the Rams, he was with the New England Patriots from 2015-2021. With the Patriots, Caley was an Offensive assistant, Tight ends & fullbacks coach.

Both Caley and Pleasant have done a great job in Los Angeles and have caught the attention of other teams in the league. We'll have to see things unfold but McVay would love to keep these guys around.
