Concluding Remarks

As you may have seen, there are some notable guys that did not make this slide show. Each of which is for good reason, and those players are as followed:

  • Andre Ethier – 75 Rated
  • Josh Fields – 82 Rated
  • Adam Liberatore – 80 Rated
  • Scott Kazmir – 79 Rated

Despite being some of the higher rated players for the Dodgers, these guys did not make the list whether it was because of injury or being optioned to AAA. The only exception made was Julio Urias, as we expect him to spend most of his time in the MLB, hence his inclusion.

More from Dodgers Rumors

Other guys too did not make the list either because we could not secure their rating or it was so low that it was merely insignificant. Guys like Grant Dayton, Scott Van Slyke, Austin Barnes, and Chirs Taylor were not included because of said reason. While those guys may play a role during the season, they won’t be playing a big role on gamer’s franchise mode.

Overall, the guys over at San Diego Studios did a good job in evaluating the Dodgers’ players. While some bias may be included in analyzing the job they did, compared to the landscape of the rest of the MLB the Dodgers fare pretty nicely.

Of course, there are snubs that deserved higher ratings, especially considering their counterparts ratings on other teams. However, there was also over ratings that were perhaps on the name of the player alone.
