Lakers Rumors: Ranking how likely each Cav superstar is to head to LA
By Jason Reed
Despite reports coming out that James will not waive his no-trade clause at all this season, you can’t help but think there is a chance that the King could head to Los Angeles. James’ move to the west coast seems inevitable at this point, and while many think it may come next offseason, there is the chance it could come as early as this offseason.

Again, chances are LeBron will ride it out this season with the Cavs no matter who is part of his supporting cast. Let’s face it, even if the Cavs trade Irving they are still the best team in the east. They won’t get nickels and dimes for him, they will get another star, just forming another big three that will outlast the Boston Celtics.
Whether it be in 2017 or 2018, we will see LeBron eventual don the purple and gold in the Staples Center. Some fans hate this, some love it and all of us can’t stop talking about it.
There are some fans that shun LeBron James, no matter the circumstance. James could come to Los Angeles and bring a Championship and I am sure some fans will still hate him. He threatens Kobe Bryant’s legacy and people can’t handle that.
However, if the Lakers want to restore glory to their franchise and return back to their winning ways, LeBron James is the key. Everyone seems to love Paul George, but he couldn’t bring the Lakers any championships by himself. James is that bargaining chip to form the team to dethrone the Golden State Warriors.

There certainly is a chance that we may see the Cleveland Cavaliers split heading into next season. Whether or not that translates to these Lakers rumors coming true is yet to be seen.
